Always reflect on the change CPD has made to us the librarians, lecturers and think of my fellow colleagues out there in the same profession who would need similar skills for improved service delivery. Those in Uganda are lucky because, they will have a share of what i have learnt through training workshops and dissemination seminars. If we all do the same, librarians' ICT skills will be raised high.
Topics for discussions will be arranged according to target audience and nature of the institution.
As a result, my personal goals will be met as well as those of the programme (CPD)
